Kia Ora, Kia Orana and Talofa Lava,
This year for our Kāhui Ako, we are fortunate enough to be learning from and alongside Poutama Pounamu. Our facilitators have expertise in equipping Educators with a Cultural Tool Kit to provide opportunities for students to experience Mana Ōrite - educational success as Māori.
Our journey began with a School and ECE community wide Teacher Only day and we now invite you to come and join us in our first ever BOT and Whānau Community.
This session focuses on understanding the history of our Nation - our people through the lens of “Titiro whakamuri, kia haere whakamua - Looking back in order to move forward” and “New understandings of colonisation”.
We invite you, our BOT and whānau community to join us - to share, listen and understand.

Always at the forefront of our mahi is our tamariki. What we do is for them, let’s do this to continue to build strong minds, strong hearts and a strong community.
We look forward to seeing you all there.
Ngā mihi,
