Athletics day 2021 started off over cast with a hint of lake competitiveness in the air.  The Lake chants showed us that the students were ready to make the most of the day and having a go at the events they had signed up.  The stand out came from Lake Arapuni who chanted their hearts out!  Winning to battle of the lakes.  Well done to the Sharkies!  

Due to Covid levels changing, we were unable to have visitors to our school.  Luckily were well equipped with technology and we went live so that our whanau could keep up to date with all of the events during the day.  We are thankful to parents, who we know would normally have joined us to celebrate their child's success for your understanding during this time.  

The talent displayed was amazing, it was great to see records being broken by two Year 9 students:
